Running a webmaster business in Thailand?

I run an adult webmaster business from my home but I hear that it’s illegal to do this in Thailand and yet I know many people that do it anyway. How do you protect yourself?

Do Thai authorities monitor all Internet users?
Some people don’t seem to understand what I’m saying. this is a perfectly legal and legitimate tax paying business in %99 of the world. In fact Thailand is the only country that has laws against running a legal adult business but just about everything is illegal in Thailand.

Yet ther are many Adult Webmasters operating in Thailand.
I need to know if it is actually illegal to run American sites in Thailand. I have been told by some webmaster that running foreign sites in Thailand is not illegal as long as you are not making conent. I am only running tgp sites and blogs advertising for other sites. If this is illegal in Thailand then that’s pretty screwed up.

To the person that said there are 10 countries were it is illegal that is simply not true. there are different laws regulating different elements of the adult industry but there are very few plces were it is just completely illegal.

The more I read about thailand the more it sounds like a backwards country with were they throw you in jail whenever they feel like it but will let you out if your a Thai with connections or you have enough money. If your a farang you are just screwed.

Please don’t add to the problems here already. Your type of business is not welcome. If you do come I pray you get caught.

All the links pointing to my website no longer show on my Google webmaster stats, what’s happened?

Google Webmaster’s stats for my website used to show almost 200 links pointing to my website, then overnight they all disappeared and now it’s showing that there are zero links pointing to my website. What has happened?
My website is http://www.thepsychicroadshow.com.au

Just have Patience. As hard as that seems, Google does this stuff all the time. There isn’t much you can do but sit back and hope it works itself out, which it usually does. unless, of course, those links were not legit, or they were a bunch of one ways that Google didn’t like.

video website for making money?

hi guys, iv got a video script that im about to add onto my community website and i would like to make money from it,
the idea is that when someone adds a video they get a cut of the amount that the other members pay to watch the vid.

for example they upload a 5 minute vid and someone pays £2 then they get say £1 and i get the same.

if the vid is watched 10 times in a day then they gain themselves a tenner in their back pocket.

I charge for members to be upgraded but its only optional but now that im implementing this video section i am going to make it that the members have to be upgraded to watch the vids. the only problem this way is that i will be unable to keep track of who has uploaded vids and who needs paying etc, i need it all automatic really

so thats where im asking the question on any ideas how i could get this to work best and gain money for my members uploading vids aswell as myself

you could say its kinda how adult rated sites work but as far as i know i think that the people making the videos get paid in advance and then the webmaster makes money each time the vid is downlaoded.

i wanted mine a bit more upload and go and pay and go instead of the long root.

i know there must be a way this can be done its just finding the right way to do it. i can change any script that is out there thats no problem and i have a video open source script in mind too

nice of me to think of that :o)

Or “How To Make Dandlelion Wine”. OK, maybe you are interested
in that…:o)

But you get the idea. Write what is a hot topic that everyone is
talking about or asking about. If it’s about murder, go
somewhere else :o)

Don’t know what they are looking for? Ask them. Ask your friends
or family what they would like to know more about in your
subject field. Or if it’s marketing put up a survey or poll form
on your website or send emails to your contacts.

Browse hot forums and see what everyone is talking about. The
messages with the most ‘views’ or ‘posts’ are the hot topics.

See what are the top keywords or keyword phrases at

Bottom line. Remember the old worn out by don’t every forget the
famous radio station, WIIFM or WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME. Keep that in
mind every time you write a headline and you will see 100’s or
even 1,000’s subscribing to your free report.
