how to add blogspot sitemap into google webmaster?

I want to add my sitemap into Google Webmaster. I need easy way to submit my sitemap into webmaster. i have found a proccess by searching on google. they says that your site map will be yourdomai.blogspot.com/atom.xml or rss.xml
but when i give my blogsite to webmaster as this format its gives a error msg:

"The Sitemap must be located at http://sample.blogspot.com/. To add a Sitemap at http://sample.blogspot.com/http://sample.blogspot.com/, first add that site to your account and then click the Add a Sitemap link beside it."

what was wrong!!!
please help me.

the corect sitemap url for google wemaster is should be like this:

http://sample.blogspot.com/rss.xml

How do I upload this on my freewebs site?

I want to use Google WebmWebmaster Tools, and I chose to verify by pasting this code onto the browser: google3e5a5c95a1fc391b.html :so that the address would look like this: blabla.com/google3e5a5c95a1fc391b.html :I know how to upload photos, but how do I upload that? They never gave me a picture, just the file name?

You would have to upload it towards your main folder. Or use FTP, a popular ftp program: SmartFTP

I have not got any data on my top search queries, I have had this before and it came back on one of my sites but now it is not there for 6 or 7 of them, its only today that this has happened.
